RULES 2024
The Grand Competition, Baby of the Year, returns for the 2024 edition.
Registrations for the July 2024 competition are now open.
The competition is open to all residents of Quebec.
Your baby must be between 0 and 1 year old.
Each month, the registrations collected during the previous month will be submitted to a public vote.
Voting is free, but is limited to 1 vote per baby every 24 hours.
Voting remains open until the last day of the month.
The winner of the month will win $100.
The winner will also be automatically selected to participate in the final for the Baby of the Year.
At the end of the year, all finalists will be submitted to the grand final vote.
The vote will also be made by the public.
Voting will be open from January 8 to March 31, 2025, exclusively.
At the end of the vote, the baby with the most votes will win the title of Baby of the Year.
And the grand prize of $1,000!
The photo will also be featured on the homepage of the website for the rest of 2025.
The Grand Winner, Baby of the Year, will also win the grand prize of "A Stay in Montreal," including one night at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, dinner offered by our partner restaurant Bonheur D'Occasion, and a family photo session offered by our partner, The Melero studio.

Article 1 — Object
Noubaby Inc. organizes a contest* (hereinafter referred to as the "contest") from 01/08/2024 to 03/31/2025 at 11:59 PM through the website www.concoursbb.com.
All applications must be received by 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024 (the "contest closing date").
The contest period will include a total of twelve (12) monthly contest draw periods (each a "monthly contest draw period"). For the purposes of this contest, a "month" is defined as the period starting on the first business day of the month at 12:01 AM (ET) and ending on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM (ET). The contest computer system (the "contest computer") is used to govern all computer and time aspects of the contest (including the date and time the entry form was received) and is the official device used to time the contest.
Each monthly winner is directly qualified to participate in the annual prize. The annual contest will bring together the 12 monthly contest winners. From January 8, 2025, to March 31, 2025, the public can vote for the baby of the year among the 12 finalists. The photo with the most votes will win the $1,000 prize.
Article 2 — Participation
2.1 Access to the contest
To participate in the contest, the participant must be a legal resident of Quebec and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of registration for the contest.
Only one entry per person per month. It is possible to re-register your baby every month if the baby is under 12 months old.
When designating the winners, the organizing company reserves the right to ask any participant to justify these conditions. Anyone not meeting these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the contest and will not be able to benefit from the prize in case of winning. Similarly, any false statement or indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant.
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
Employees, representatives, agents, directors, and administrators (including their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, whether related or not) of Noubaby Inc. (the "sponsor"), its affiliates (including but not limited to its parent, sister, or subsidiary companies), all advertising and promotional agencies, and all material or service providers related to the contest are not eligible to participate in the contest or receive a prize. In these official rules, "immediate family member" means the father, mother, sister, brother, son, daughter, and spouse, including common-law partner, regardless of their place of residence. Groups, clubs, organizations, companies, and commercial or non-commercial entities cannot participate.
2.2 Methods of participation
Noubaby Inc. will publish the contest on the website www.concoursbb.com dedicated exclusively to the contest.
Visit the site and click on the contest button. Fill out the online entry form by entering your first name, last name, full email address, primary phone number, city of residence, your baby's name, and date of birth. Finally, submit your baby's photo.
Indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted the official rules by checking the reserved box. Select the "Send" icon. Once your photo has been received, you will receive a "thank you" email.
Entries received during the month will be subject to an approval process by the contest organizing staff and published on the contest website the following month.
The photos will then be submitted to a public vote. Voting will be open from the first day to the last day of the month. The baby photo with the most votes for a given calendar month will win the monthly prize.
Each monthly winner is directly qualified to participate in the annual prize. The annual contest will bring together the 12 monthly contest winners. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entry will not be taken into account and will consequently invalidate the participation.
2.3 Votes
Votes are limited to one vote every 24 hours. Our voting system keeps the history of each vote, and our technical team can identify illegitimate votes. If an illegitimate vote is detected, it will be deleted. Any use of software, browser, or other method to bypass the voting system is prohibited. For example, the use of a VPN, Proxy, or the TOR browser is prohibited and easily traceable by our team.
This is a baby photo contest aiming to offer a fun activity for families. Please stay in the spirit of the contest.
Article 3 — Copyright Attestation
Each participant attests to being the author and sole copyright holder of the submitted photographs and releases Noubaby Inc. and its representatives from any legal action that may arise from the exhibition or publication of the photos. The author grants Noubaby Inc. a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, or modify the user-generated content. The author also waives the moral rights attached to the user-generated content.
Article 4 — Prizes
A total of one hundred and three (103) prizes (individually or collectively the "prizes") will be available to be won during the contest period, ninety-eight (98) of which will be awarded during each monthly contest draw period. The number of available prizes will decrease as prizes are awarded. A maximum of five (5) prizes per person and household during the contest period.
Each prize will consist of $100 CDN awarded to the winner with the most votes during the month.
The final prize for the Baby of the Year will be $1,000 CDN. Each monthly contest winner is directly qualified to participate in the annual contest.
Our partner Doux Bécot offers a Dodo Bed for the monthly contest. The Doux Bécot team will choose their favorite baby from among the month's participants. The prize is valued at $119.99.

The Garde-Manger team will choose their favorite baby from among the month's participants. The prize is valued at $100.

RESP CST Prize: A total of one (1) RESP CST prize offered to the annual winner, including:
A payment of $1,000 to be deposited in the winner's RESP CST to benefit the designated child. The RESP CST prize will only be awarded if the annual winner agrees to provide the child's social insurance number within a year of opening the RESP CST account. The annual winner must work with a CST Consultant Inc. sales representative from branch 612 to set up a RESP CST for the designated child if such an account does not already exist. No additional sums or funds are required to be added or deposited in the RESP CST account.
The annual winner must accept the applicable terms and conditions of the RESP CST as stated in the prospectus and the CST education savings plan agreement in effect. A copy of the prospectus can be obtained from CST by sending a written request to C.S.T Consultants Inc., 1600-2235 Sheppard Avenue East, Atria 2 Toronto, Ontario M2J 5B8, or by calling 1-877-333-7377.
The RESP CST prize must be accepted as is, without any substitution, whether in cash or otherwise. The RESP CST prize will only be awarded to a verified winner in Canada who is a legal resident of Canada. The annual winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and declaring any taxable income associated with the RESP CST prize. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party. All additional fees not described here are the sole responsibility of the annual winner.
Prize "A Stay in Montreal": A total of one (1) "A Stay in Montreal" prize offered to the annual winning baby and two (2) accompanying adults, including:
One (1) standard night accommodation at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Montreal. All additional services or amenities are not included.
One (1) dinner at the Bonheur D'Occasion restaurant valued at $300. This reservation is for two (2) adults and one (1) child and must be made according to the restaurant's availability.
One (1) family photo session at The Melero studio during studio hours. This includes a one-hour photo session for the winning family.
The "A Stay in Montreal" prize must be accepted as is, without any substitution, whether in cash or otherwise, and transfer of the prize will not be allowed. All additional fees not described here are the sole responsibility of the annual winner.
The annual winner must comply with the following general terms and conditions:
The prize is intended for the annual contest winner, including the winning baby with two (2) accompanying adults, and is non-transferable.
NouBaby Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the prize at any time, without notice, or cancel the prize in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, an equivalent prize may be offered at the organizers' discretion.
The hotel stay, dinner reservation, and photo session must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. It is the winner's responsibility to coordinate with the respective providers to plan these activities.
The "A Stay in Montreal" prize cannot be used after its expiration date, November 30, 2025.
For logistical reasons, it is not possible to book the prize for holiday weekends (including all national and provincial holidays in Quebec) and specifically for the weekend of June 13-15, 2025.
The winner authorizes NouBaby Inc. to use, for advertising and promotional purposes, their name, city of residence, photos and images, without any form of compensation, for an indefinite period.
The photos and images used in the advertising or promotional material are provided for illustrative purposes only.
This prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
All costs and expenses other than those mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the annual winner, including but not limited to transportation between the place of residence and Montreal, non-included destination activities, non-included meals and beverages, travel expenses, phone calls, roaming charges, personal expenses, and tips.
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot, under any circumstances, be substituted with another prize or exchanged for cash. If any portion of the prize is not used, in whole or in part, no monetary compensation will be given.
This offer cannot be extended. In case of cancellation for any reason, the trip cannot be postponed.
Any stay extension will depend on the flexibility policies in effect at the time of travel and may be at the winner's expense.
If the winner refuses the "A Stay in Montreal" prize, it cannot be converted into cash and will be considered canceled.
The "A Stay in Montreal" prize specifically concerns the mentioned stay and cannot be exchanged for a stay at another destination.
Unless indicated in these rules, NouBaby Inc. offers no explicit or implicit warranties, legal or otherwise, regarding the "A Stay in Montreal" prize. According to the conditions stated, and without limiting their scope, NouBaby Inc. is not responsible in the event the use of the "A Stay in Montreal" prize is impossible due to force majeure, including but not limited to a pandemic.
NouBaby Inc. is not responsible for any event that may prevent or delay the trip and/or affect the booked accommodation or activities reserved by the winner and their guest at the destination.
The winning individuals waive all recourse if the offered services are not entirely satisfactory.
COVID-19 INFORMATION: The winner and their guest must comply at their own expense with all health requirements in effect at the time of travel, related to the COVID-19 pandemic or otherwise, making them eligible to travel to the destination, enjoy tourist activities at the destination, and return to their city of residence. The winner and their guest agree to consult the Government of Canada website to ensure they have the latest updated information from the government and plan their stay accordingly. NouBaby Inc. cannot be held responsible if the winner or their guest do not meet the requirements set by the Government of Canada and the visited destination at the time of their stay. Without limiting the generality of other provisions of these rules, the costs of activities included in the travel prize cannot be refunded if access is denied to the winner and their guest, and NouBaby Inc. disclaims all responsibility for any additional costs incurred. The winner and their guest accept and acknowledge the risks associated with the spread of infectious or transmissible diseases and understand that it is the winner's and their guest's responsibility to take necessary precautions, especially regarding COVID-19.
PRIZE CLAIM
The winner will be contacted by NouBaby Inc. to book their stay. The annual winner must agree to receive communications from NouBaby Inc. for reservation purposes. The name, photo, and city of residence of the annual winner will be displayed on the contest page. The winner will also be contacted by email and phone.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By accepting a prize, the winner and each of their guests, if applicable, release the Beneficiaries from any liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, suit, debt, duty, account, surety, agreement, warranty, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract, or liability of any kind arising from or related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize, including but not limited to any injury, illness, death, or property damage or loss. Each winner and each of their guests, if applicable, acknowledges that upon prize delivery, the obligations related to the prize become the responsibility of the service and product providers comprising the prize, within the limits of applicable law.
The winner agrees to accept the prizes as offered, without the possibility of exchange, particularly for cash or other goods or services of any kind.
The organizing company reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value and characteristics, for any reason without liability in this regard.
Article 5 — Prize Attribution
The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the contest closing by email by Noubaby Inc. to obtain their full contact details (name, first name, complete address, phone number, email) essential for the prize attribution.
The prize will be sent within two weeks by bank transfer.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement of the results, they will be considered to have waived their prize, and the second-place photo will be considered the winner.
The winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that the winner does not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded.
The prize cannot give rise to any contestation or claim of any kind. The winner agrees not to seek the responsibility of the organizing company regarding the prize.
The prize will be accepted as announced. No change of any kind can be requested by the winner, for any reason. No cash compensation or equivalent can be requested, in whole or in part.
It is specified that the organizing company will not provide any service or guarantee, the winnings consisting only of the delivery of the prizes provided above.
Article 6 — Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages caused by or resulting from participation in the Contest. Without restricting the general scope of the foregoing, the Released Parties will not be held responsible (a) for any incomplete or inaccurate information caused by or resulting from Contest participants, users of the Contest website, or the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest, or any technical or human error that may occur in processing Entries, (b) for any theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries or the Contest website, (c) for any problems, or technical malfunction, of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, virus or bug, (d) for any failure of the Contest website, (e) for any failure to receive any Entry for any reason, including but not limited to technical problems, internet traffic, or any combination thereof, (f) for any damage to a participant's or any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participating in the Contest or downloading or accessing materials related to the Contest, (g) for printing, distribution, programming, or production errors, or any other error or malfunction of any kind, (h) for any technical, graphical, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions contained herein, (i) for any person incorrectly and/or by mistake identified as a Winner, and (j) for any combination of the above. The organizing company reserves the right to take necessary and discretionary actions if there is a breach of its computer system or if it deems it necessary for any other reason.
Article 7 — Access and Interpretation of the Rules, Modifications

7.3 Modifications
Noubaby Inc. reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the contest at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, without any compensation to the participants.
Article 8 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Contest is subject to federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Subject to the limitations provided by any applicable law, issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Noubaby Inc., or the other Released Parties will be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to the rules or provisions of choice of laws or conflicts of laws that could result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of resolving it.
Article 9 — Information
By registering for the 'Baby of the Year' contest, you explicitly agree that the information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of www.concoursbb.com and acknowledge that your personal information may be shared with its partners, affiliates, and advertisers to develop new products and services, offer educational, financial, and other features through our Services, in accordance with the law or for any other reasons mentioned in our privacy policy. You also explicitly consent to the partners and affiliates of www.concoursbb.com contacting you by email, phone, or obtaining additional information for promotional purposes. Article 3 — Copyright Attestation
Each participant attests to being the author and sole copyright holder of the submitted photographs and releases Noubaby Inc. and its representatives from any legal action that may arise from the exhibition or publication of the photos. The author grants Noubaby Inc. a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, or modify the user-generated content. The author also waives the moral rights attached to the user-generated content.
Article 4 — Prizes
A total of one hundred and three (103) prizes (individually or collectively the "prizes") will be available to be won during the contest period, ninety-eight (98) of which will be awarded during each monthly contest draw period. The number of available prizes will decrease as prizes are awarded. A maximum of five (5) prizes per person and household during the contest period.
Each prize will consist of $100 CDN awarded to the winner with the most votes during the month.
The final prize for the Baby of the Year will be $1,000 CDN. Each monthly contest winner is directly qualified to participate in the annual contest.
Our partner Doux Bécot offers a Dodo Bed for the monthly contest. The Doux Bécot team will choose their favorite baby from among the month's participants. The prize is valued at $119.99.

RESP CST Prize: A total of one (1) RESP CST prize offered to the annual winner, including:
A payment of $1,000 to be deposited in the winner's RESP CST to benefit the designated child. The RESP CST prize will only be awarded if the annual winner agrees to provide the child's social insurance number within a year of opening the RESP CST account. The annual winner must work with a CST Consultant Inc. sales representative from branch 612 to set up a RESP CST for the designated child if such an account does not already exist. No additional sums or funds are required to be added or deposited in the RESP CST account.
The annual winner must accept the applicable terms and conditions of the RESP CST as stated in the prospectus and the CST education savings plan agreement in effect. A copy of the prospectus can be obtained from CST by sending a written request to C.S.T Consultants Inc., 1600-2235 Sheppard Avenue East, Atria 2 Toronto, Ontario M2J 5B8, or by calling 1-877-333-7377.
The RESP CST prize must be accepted as is, without any substitution, whether in cash or otherwise. The RESP CST prize will only be awarded to a verified winner in Canada who is a legal resident of Canada. The annual winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and declaring any taxable income associated with the RESP CST prize. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party. All additional fees not described here are the sole responsibility of the annual winner.
Prize "A Stay in Montreal": A total of one (1) "A Stay in Montreal" prize offered to the annual winning baby and two (2) accompanying adults, including:
One (1) standard night accommodation at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Montreal. All additional services or amenities are not included.
One (1) dinner at the Bonheur D'Occasion restaurant valued at $300. This reservation is for two (2) adults and one (1) child and must be made according to the restaurant's availability.
One (1) family photo session at The Melero studio during studio hours. This includes a one-hour photo session for the winning family.
The "A Stay in Montreal" prize must be accepted as is, without any substitution, whether in cash or otherwise, and transfer of the prize will not be allowed. All additional fees not described here are the sole responsibility of the annual winner.
The annual winner must comply with the following general terms and conditions:
The prize is intended for the annual contest winner, including the winning baby with two (2) accompanying adults, and is non-transferable.
NouBaby Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the prize at any time, without notice, or cancel the prize in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, an equivalent prize may be offered at the organizers' discretion.
The hotel stay, dinner reservation, and photo session must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. It is the winner's responsibility to coordinate with the respective providers to plan these activities.
The "A Stay in Montreal" prize cannot be used after its expiration date, November 30, 2025.
For logistical reasons, it is not possible to book the prize for holiday weekends (including all national and provincial holidays in Quebec) and specifically for the weekend of June 13-15, 2025.
The winner authorizes NouBaby Inc. to use, for advertising and promotional purposes, their name, city of residence, photos and images, without any form of compensation, for an indefinite period.
The photos and images used in the advertising or promotional material are provided for illustrative purposes only.
This prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
All costs and expenses other than those mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the annual winner, including but not limited to transportation between the place of residence and Montreal, non-included destination activities, non-included meals and beverages, travel expenses, phone calls, roaming charges, personal expenses, and tips.
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot, under any circumstances, be substituted with another prize or exchanged for cash. If any portion of the prize is not used, in whole or in part, no monetary compensation will be given.
This offer cannot be extended. In case of cancellation for any reason, the trip cannot be postponed.
Any stay extension will depend on the flexibility policies in effect at the time of travel and may be at the winner's expense.
If the winner refuses the "A Stay in Montreal" prize, it cannot be converted into cash and will be considered canceled.
The "A Stay in Montreal" prize specifically concerns the mentioned stay and cannot be exchanged for a stay at another destination.
Unless indicated in these rules, NouBaby Inc. offers no explicit or implicit warranties, legal or otherwise, regarding the "A Stay in Montreal" prize. According to the conditions stated, and without limiting their scope, NouBaby Inc. is not responsible in the event the use of the "A Stay in Montreal" prize is impossible due to force majeure, including but not limited to a pandemic.
NouBaby Inc. is not responsible for any event that may prevent or delay the trip and/or affect the booked accommodation or activities reserved by the winner and their guest at the destination.
The winning individuals waive all recourse if the offered services are not entirely satisfactory.
COVID-19 INFORMATION: The winner and their guest must comply at their own expense with all health requirements in effect at the time of travel, related to the COVID-19 pandemic or otherwise, making them eligible to travel to the destination, enjoy tourist activities at the destination, and return to their city of residence. The winner and their guest agree to consult the Government of Canada website to ensure they have the latest updated information from the government and plan their stay accordingly. NouBaby Inc. cannot be held responsible if the winner or their guest do not meet the requirements set by the Government of Canada and the visited destination at the time of their stay. Without limiting the generality of other provisions of these rules, the costs of activities included in the travel prize cannot be refunded if access is denied to the winner and their guest, and NouBaby Inc. disclaims all responsibility for any additional costs incurred. The winner and their guest accept and acknowledge the risks associated with the spread of infectious or transmissible diseases and understand that it is the winner's and their guest's responsibility to take necessary precautions, especially regarding COVID-19.
PRIZE CLAIM
The winner will be contacted by NouBaby Inc. to book their stay. The annual winner must agree to receive communications from NouBaby Inc. for reservation purposes. The name, photo, and city of residence of the annual winner will be displayed on the contest page. The winner will also be contacted by email and phone.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By accepting a prize, the winner and each of their guests, if applicable, release the Beneficiaries from any liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, suit, debt, duty, account, surety, agreement, warranty, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract, or liability of any kind arising from or related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize, including but not limited to any injury, illness, death, or property damage or loss. Each winner and each of their guests, if applicable, acknowledges that upon prize delivery, the obligations related to the prize become the responsibility of the service and product providers comprising the prize, within the limits of applicable law.
The winner agrees to accept the prizes as offered, without the possibility of exchange, particularly for cash or other goods or services of any kind.
The organizing company reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value and characteristics, for any reason without liability in this regard.
Article 5 — Prize Attribution
The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the contest closing by email by Noubaby Inc. to obtain their full contact details (name, first name, complete address, phone number, email) essential for the prize attribution.
The prize will be sent within two weeks by bank transfer.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement of the results, they will be considered to have waived their prize, and the second-place photo will be considered the winner.
The winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that the winner does not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded.
The prize cannot give rise to any contestation or claim of any kind. The winner agrees not to seek the responsibility of the organizing company regarding the prize.
The prize will be accepted as announced. No change of any kind can be requested by the winner, for any reason. No cash compensation or equivalent can be requested, in whole or in part.
It is specified that the organizing company will not provide any service or guarantee, the winnings consisting only of the delivery of the prizes provided above.
Article 6 — Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages caused by or resulting from participation in the Contest. Without restricting the general scope of the foregoing, the Released Parties will not be held responsible (a) for any incomplete or inaccurate information caused by or resulting from Contest participants, users of the Contest website, or the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest, or any technical or human error that may occur in processing Entries, (b) for any theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries or the Contest website, (c) for any problems, or technical malfunction, of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, virus or bug, (d) for any failure of the Contest website, (e) for any failure to receive any Entry for any reason, including but not limited to technical problems, internet traffic, or any combination thereof, (f) for any damage to a participant's or any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participating in the Contest or downloading or accessing materials related to the Contest, (g) for printing, distribution, programming, or production errors, or any other error or malfunction of any kind, (h) for any technical, graphical, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions contained herein, (i) for any person incorrectly and/or by mistake identified as a Winner, and (j) for any combination of the above. The organizing company reserves the right to take necessary and discretionary actions if there is a breach of its computer system or if it deems it necessary for any other reason.

Noubaby Inc. reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the contest at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, without any compensation to the participants.
Article 8 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Contest is subject to federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Subject to the limitations provided by any applicable law, issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Noubaby Inc., or the other Released Parties will be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to the rules or provisions of choice of laws or conflicts of laws that could result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of resolving it.

By registering for the 'Baby of the Year' contest, you explicitly agree that the information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of www.concoursbb.com and acknowledge that your personal information may be shared with its partners, affiliates, and advertisers to develop new products and services, offer educational, financial, and other features through our Services, in accordance with the law or for any other reasons mentioned in our privacy policy.
